Pondy Oxides and Chemicals announces fundraise of up to ₹250 crore

Pondy Oxides and Chemicals Limited shares surged 4.7% to ₹2,130 on Tuesday, after the company’s Board approved fundraise for an aggregate amount of up to ₹250 crores through QIP, in one or more tranches. Additionally, the Board has fixed 16th October as the Record date for the sub-division or split in a 1:2 ratio.
