Delhi Capitals pacer Ishant Sharma said head coach Ricky Ponting instilled the ideology of winning and losing as a team within the franchise. "After a loss, everyone started making groups saying we lost because of batting or bowling or fielding," said Ishant. He added that Ponting brought "composure" to the team and "always" took the blame for a loss.
