Poonawalla buys London's most expensive house of 2023 for ₹1,445 crore

Serum Institute of India's (SII) CEO Adar Poonawalla has closed a deal to buy the most expensive home to be sold in London this year, Financial Times reported. The 42-year-old billionaire will pay £138 million (around ₹1,445 crore) for the nearly century-old Aberconway House near Hyde Park. The deal will make it the second-most expensive home ever sold in London.
