Pope Francis returns relic of Jesus' manger to Bethlehem

A fragment of wood, believed to be part of Jesus' manger, has been returned to Bethlehem by Pope Francis. The relic, which arrived in Bethlehem on Saturday from the Vatican, is said to be part of the crib where Jesus was laid after birth. Earlier on Friday, it was kept for worshippers at the Notre Dame church, Jerusalem.
