Popo Ventures' co-founders to get ₹600 cr from stake sale: Report

The owners of Popo Ventures, which runs Bengaluru-based eateries Pizza Bakery, Paris Panini, and Smash Guys, are exploring a minority stake sale in a deal that could value the company at around ₹1,300-1,350 crore, Moneycontrol reported. Its co-founders, Abhijit Gupta and his brother Nikhil Gupta, hold 100% of the ownership. With this stake sale, they could net around ₹550-600 crore.
