John K Paul, one of three promoters of Popular Vehicles & Services, will exit the company effective October 1, 2026, following an amicable family settlement. His 20% stake will be transferred to remaining promoters Francis K Paul and Naveen Philip by December 2029. Operations, franchise arrangements, and growth plans remain unaffected.
