Porsche may lay off over 4,000 more employees: Report

German automaker Volkswagen could lay off around 4,100 employees at its luxury sports car subsidiary Porsche, according to local media reports. Earlier this year, Porsche management and labour representatives announced plans for 5,000 additional job cuts, on top of the 4,000 previously agreed. Volkswagen recently said it would cut around 1,00,000 jobs worldwide by the end of the decade.
