Porsches, Lamborghinis on ship burning mid-ocean may be worth ₹1,150 cr: Report

A fire on the ship off the coast of Portugal's Azores Islands, that broke out on February 16, is expected to generate at least $155 million (over ₹1,150 crore) in expected losses for Volkswagen, risk solutions company Russell Group has estimated. The ship was carrying Volkswagen group's Porsche, Audi, and Lamborghini vehicles. The ship was reportedly carrying over 4,000 cars.
