Post-Diwali Delhi will be bad, judges can't stay at home: SC on plea to defer hearing

The Supreme Court said Delhi's air pollution would be significantly worse after Diwali with Justice Vikram Nath remarking that judges could not stay at home to avoid the city's polluted air. The court made the remark when advocate Indira Jaising requested a matter to be heard on November 17. Justice Nath asked Jaising to come before Diwali.
