Postman tears page of man's passport after he refuses ₹500 bribe in UP

A video showed a man and his associates fighting with a postal worker who allegedly tore the main page of the man's passport when he refused to pay him ₹500 bribe in Uttar Pradesh's Lucknow. Locals alleged that the postman takes ₹100 bribe for delivery of every post. An investigation has reportedly been launched after the man filed a complaint.
