Potholes filled in England after penises drawn around them in protest

The Middlesbrough Council in England filled several potholes recently after figures of penises were spray-painted by unidentified person/persons around it. The potholes were reportedly present on the roads for around a year. In a similar incident in 2015 in England, a street artist under the name 'Wanksy' drew penises around potholes after his cyclist friends were injured on the roads.
