PowerGrid InvIT rises 4% over IPO price on stock market debut

PowerGrid Infrastructure Investment Trust's (InvIT) shares made a market debut at ₹104 per share, 4% premium from the issue price of ₹100 apiece. Upon listing, it had a market capitalisation of ₹9,464 crore. The ₹7,735-crore IPO, which ran from April 29 to May 3, was subscribed 4.83 times. This is the third InvIT to be listed on the exchanges.
