As per a study conducted by psychologists at the University of Waterloo, Canada, people who post inspirational quotes on social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter "have lower levels of intelligence". Furthermore, the study which had 845 participants, observed that such people are more likely to have paranormal and religious beliefs, while being less reflective.
