Prada to name former Luxottica chief Andrea Guerra as new CEO

Italian fashion group Prada said on Tuesday that former Luxottica chief Andrea Guerra, 57, will be named its new CEO at a board meeting to be held on January 26 by Prada Holding, which owns 80% of Prada group. Current Co-CEO Patrizio Bertelli, 76, will be appointed Chairman at the annual shareholder meeting next spring.
