Pralhad Joshi is a defender of rapists, the most filthy type of man: Rahul Gandhi

LoP in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday called Union Education Minister Pralhad Joshi a "defender of rapists". "That's the most filthy type of man. There can be no filthier man than somebody who says that rapists need protection," he said. "There are so many people in PM Modi's Cabinet..but he chooses a person who protects rapists," Rahul added.
