Prashant Kishor files complaint against Patna SSP over party workers' detention

Jan Suraaj founder Prashant Kishor said his party has filed a complaint with the Election Commission against Patna Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) for "illegally detaining" its leaders and supporters during the Bankipur bypoll. Kishor claimed nearly 54 people were detained during the 48-hour silence period before voting, adding they had neither violated any law nor Section 144 of CrPC.
