Prataap Snacks says THIS on ITC 'stake-buying' news

Shares of packaged foods company Prataap Snacks were amongst the biggest movers in trade on Thursday after it emerged that FMCG giant ITC is looking to buy a stake in the company. Prataap Snacks has now commented on media reports. In an exchange filing, it said, "The Company is not in negotiations as reported."
