Pratik Gandhi says he cut water, carbs and salt for six-pack abs

Pratik Gandhi said he had to endure muscle cramps while avoiding drinking water and eating carbs and salt to make six-pack abs for an upcoming movie. He said, "For four days before the shoot, I only drank one litre of water a day—including all liquid intake like tea and coffee. I also completely cut out carbs and salt. When you don't consume carbs, you become irritable."
