Pre-arrest bail denied to YouTuber Ajeet Bharti in alleged casteist remarks case

A Delhi court has dismissed a pre-arrest bail plea filed by YouTuber Ajeet Bharti in an alleged casteist remarks case. Bharti had allegedly made casteist remarks against MP Chandrashekhar Azad during a live stream. Seeking anticipatory bail, Bharti argued that no offence under the SC/ST Act was made out and the statements needed to be viewed in their complete context.
