Precious lives lost due to foreign plot in Manipur: CM Biren Singh

Manipur CM Biren Singh urged the citizens to stop violence and claimed that foreign plot to destabilise India is the reason behind the unrest. He further said, "Certain misunderstandings, actions of vested interests...have led to loss of precious lives and properties...Many are living in relief camps." He assured that people affected by violence would be resettled soon.
