Actress Kajal Aggarwal, who's expecting her first child, took to Instagram to criticise trolls over body-shaming messages and memes. Calling the trolls "self-absorbed morons", Kajal wrote, "During pregnancy, our bodies go through...changes, including weight gain!! Hormonal changes cause our stomach and breasts to get larger."
