PBKS co-owner Preity Zinta has sued her fellow PBKS co-owners Mohit Burman and Ness Wadia, challenging legality of an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) held on April 21. Zinta claimed the meeting was held without following proper procedures. She has objected to the appointment of Muneesh Khanna as PBKS directory, a decision that was taken during the EGM.
