Premier Explosives jumps 15% after board to consider stock split

Shares of Premier Explosives Limited, a small-cap defence stock, jumped approximately 15 percent in Tuesday’s trading session after the company’s Board of Directors are set to meet on Friday, 19th April 2024, to consider and approve key decisions, viz, fundraising and sub-division of fully-paid equity shares.
