Premji Invest, Pai family get CCI nod to acquire Akasa Air stake

Premji Invest, Manipal Group chief Ranjan Pai's family office and 360 ONE have received Competition Commission of India's (CCI) approval to acquire stake in Akasa Air-parent SNV Aviation. The acquisition will be done through various schemes and affiliates of Akasa Air. Earlier, the domestic carrier entered into a pact with a consortium of marquee investors for fresh capital infusion.
