Premji, other ultra rich people donate ₹6,850 cr in FY23: Report

According to 'India Philanthropy Report 2024' published by Bain & Company and Dasra, philanthropic contributions made by people with total net worth more than ₹1,000 crore in India rose to ₹6,850 crore in FY23. This marks around 62% increase from ₹4,230 crore recorded in FY22. "Azim Premji increased his contributions by more than ₹1,000 crore...in FY 2023," the report said.
