Preserve CCTV, this isn't an isolated incident: HC on plea alleging police brutality at CJP protest

While hearing petitions over alleged police brutality during CJP-led protests, Delhi High Court directed authorities to preserve relevant CCTV footage and videography. "Had it been an isolated incident, the situation would've been different. You (police) may've been correct in asking them to go to police to lodge a private complaint. But this isn't such an (isolated) incident," the court said.
