President a temporary tenant, not the owner of White House: Court to Trump on his ballroom

While ordering US President Donald Trump's administration to stop the construction of $400 million (over ₹3,800 crore) White House ballroom, an appeals court said, "Each President is a temporary tenant, not the owner, of the White House." Trump's administration described the ballroom plan as necessary for large formal functions and to preserve the safety of the White House.
