President Lula backtracks on 'Putin won't be arrested in Brazil' promise
Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva has retracted his promise of no action against Russian President Vladimir Putin if the latter visits Rio for the G20 Summit next year. “It'll be the courts who decide whether or not he'll be arrested, not me,” Lula said in Delhi on Monday. International Criminal Court has issued an arrest warrant against Putin.
