President Murmu invites specially-abled social worker to Rashtrapati Bhavan

President Droupadi Murmu invited specially-abled motivational speaker and social worker Poonam Shroti to Rashtrapati Bhavan for Independence Day for the 'At Home' reception. Poonam expressed happiness on receiving the August 15 invite and said, "Today is a very proud day for me." Poonam suffers from brittle bone disease and is the founder of a welfare society which empowers specially-abled people.
