President Murmu pays tribute to tribal icon Birsa Munda in Jharkhand

President Droupadi Murmu on Tuesday arrived in Jharkhand and paid tribute to tribal icon Birsa Munda in Ulihatu on his birth anniversary. Birsa Munda's birth anniversary is celebrated as 'Janjatiya Gaurav Divas'. "Visiting...places associated with his birth and work is like a pilgrimage for me," the President tweeted. She also extended wishes to people of Jharkhand on State Foundation Day.
