President's rule should be imposed in Manipur: Subramanian Swamy

Reacting to Manipur violence, BJP leader Subramanian Swamy criticised the Centre and asked the government to transfer Union Home Minister Amit Shah to the Sports Ministry. He also demanded the President's rule in Manipur. He added, "Time is now to sack the BJP Manipur government and impose Central rule under Article 356 of the Constitution."
