Press Club of India denies role in 'Modi Chalisa' event

Viral videos showing a cutout of PM Modi being worshipped with a 'Modi Chalisa' at the Press Club of India have sparked controversy. The journalists' body clarified that it did not organise the event, adding that management intervened to stop the function after organisers violated venue rental terms. Organiser Rajan Singh defended the event and announced plans to build a Modi temple in Bihar.
