Previous govt just sat & debated after 2008 Mumbai attacks: EAM

External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar, while criticising the previous Congress-led government, said that it just "sat and debated" after the 2008 terror attacks in Mumbai. "The national security advisor (NSA) of the previous...government wrote, 'We decided to do nothing, and the justification was that we felt that the cost of attacking Pakistan was more than not doing so'," Jaishankar stated.
