Previously-stolen data shown on Telegram: Union minister on alleged CoWIN data leak

Minister of State for IT Rajeev Chandrasekhar has said that the CoWIN app or database has not been "directly breached". He said that although a Telegram bot did throw up CoWIN app details upon entry of phone numbers, the data being accessed was from a database that had "previously-stolen" data. He said that CERT-In has reviewed the issue.
