Princess Charlotte on Thursday spoke in public for the first time, saying "pop!" while playing with balloons at a children's party for military families in Canada. One-year-old Charlotte was attending the party along with 3-year-old Prince George and their parents, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Prince William and Kate. Meanwhile, George played with a bubble gun at the party.
