Prithvi Shaw smashes his highest-ever first-class score
Mumbai batter Prithvi Shaw on Tuesday overtook his highest-ever first-class score. The 23-year-old scored 240*(283) against Assam on the first day of their Ranji Trophy match. Shaw slammed 33 fours and a six in his innings, which he will resume tomorrow. Shaw's previous highest-first score was 202(179), which he registered against Baroda in a Ranji Trophy match in 2019.
