Priyanka Chopra to play Kalpana Chawla in biopic: Report

As per reports, actress Priyanka Chopra will be seen playing the role of astronaut Kalpana Chawla in her biopic. The film will mark the directorial debut of Priya Mishra. Notably, Kalpana was the first woman of Indian origin in space. She died in 2003, while returning to Earth in the space shuttle Columbia along with six other astronauts on board.
