Priyanka visits ancient Kanakagiri temple in K'taka, video emerges

Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra visited the ancient Kanakagiri temple in Karnataka on Thursday. The temple was built by Shri Krishnadevaraya of the Vijayanagar Empire. A video showed the Congress leader visiting the sanctum sanctorum of the temple and offering prayers. She also attended a public meeting in Kanakagiri ahead of the state Assembly elections.
