Pro-Khalistan graffiti appears at Delhi's Singhu border ahead of BRICS Summit, 3 held

Delhi Police Special Cell arrested three men - Preetpal, Harminder Singh, and Niranjan - from Punjab over alleged pro-Khalistan and anti-BRICS graffiti at Singhu border ahead of the BRICS Summit. They acted under the instructions of terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, chief of banned organisation Sikhs for Justice (SFJ), police suspect. Preetpal is known to be SFJ's operational head in India.
