Probe panel chair in IIT Delhi student's suicide recuses himself

The chairperson of the panel proposed to investigate the alleged suicide of IIT Delhi student Rishikesh Kumar has recused himself from the committee, ANI reported, citing university sources. Ashok Kumar, currently the Vice Chancellor of Sports University Haryana, who was initially supposed to head the committee, cited prior commitments. The five-member panel was formed following student protests.
