Production trying to suppress crew member's death on 'Anupamaa' set: Cine workers body

All Indian Cine Workers Association President Suresh Gupta alleged that the channel, producer, and production house have been trying to "suppress" the death of a crew member on the sets of 'Anupamaa' due to electrocution.
