Property of Pakistani agent attached in UAPA case in J&K

J&K Special NIA court has ordered the attachment of property belonging to Pakistani agent and proclaimed offender Ghulam Nabi Shah alias Dr Fai, an ISI financial conduit, in a case registered under UAPA. The order followed his failure to appear before investigators despite a proclamation. The court noted that Fai was declared a proclaimed absconder on April 26, 2025.
