Prosus, which holds Naspers' Swiggy stake, valued at $138bn on listing

Prosus, which comprises South African group Naspers' global internet assets, surged as much as 32% on its first day of listing in Amsterdam to value the business at about $138 billion. The Naspers spin-off owns a $131 billion stake in Tencent, as well as investments in India's Swiggy, Byju's and Meesho. Naspers is retaining a controlling 75% stake in Prosus.
