Protest held in Ladakh after Sonam Wangchuk gets detained in Delhi

Hundreds of people in Leh took to the streets on Tuesday to protest against the detention of climate activist Sonam Wangchuk. The protestors shouted "Delhi Police, shame shame" slogans against the action. Wangchuk along with 125 protesters from Ladakh were detained by Delhi Police as they carried out 'Delhi Chalo Padyatra' over several demands including statehood for Ladakh.
