Protest is a right, violence is treason: Muslim Rashtriya Manch on Waqf Act violence

Muslim Rashtriya Manch (MRM) criticised the violence in West Bengal's Murshidabad and South 24 Parganas during protests against Waqf (Amendment) Act, saying, "Protest is a democratic right, but violence is treason." It also blamed CM Mamata Banerjee for the unrest and criticised the silence of opposition parties. It urged people to recognise vote-bank politics that threaten national unity.
