Protest to be held at Jantar Mantar against attack on police officials during CJP protests

Retired Delhi Police personnel have sought permission to hold a peaceful protest at Jantar Mantar on July 31 to highlight the injuries sustained by police personnel during the Cockroach Janta Party-led protests in Delhi. While stating that there can't be lathicharge just because there's agitation, Supreme Court on Monday also said that attacks on police personnel should also be examined.
