Protesters vandalise vehicles after Gau rakshak killed in Mathura

The protesters vandalised police and private vehicles on highway in Mathura after Gau rakshak Chandrashekhar, known by his alias Farsa Baba, was killed. The protesters claimed that Chandrashekhar was killed by cow smugglers. The police, however said, Chandrashekhar had stopped a vehicle on suspicion of cow smuggling when a truck hit him due to fog, causing his death.
