Protesting doctors begin fast unto death, claim WB govt didn't fulfil demands

Junior doctors, who're protesting over a doctor's rape and murder at Kolkata's RG Kar hospital, have begun a fast unto death claiming that West Bengal government hasn't fulfilled their demands. "We'll join duty as promised but won't eat anything," a junior doctor said. The doctors had staged a sit-in on Friday and set a 24-hour deadline for the state government.
