Protesting doctors end indefinite hunger strike in West Bengal

Doctors protesting in connection with RG Kar trainee doctor's rape and murder have ended their indefinite hunger strike after over two weeks in West Bengal. They were reportedly urged by the victim's family to end the strike. This comes after the protesting doctors met CM Mamata Banerjee, seeking fulfilment of their demands.
