Protests held at NIT Srinagar over student's post on Prophet Muhammad

Protests erupted at the National Institute of Technology in Srinagar over a student’s objectionable social media post on Prophet Muhammad. Local students locked both the entrances to the college, saying the post hurt their religious sentiments. The student who shared the post is not from Srinagar and has been sent to his home.
